Artwork Approval Policy

Please read this document carefully before approving your artwork.

To help ensure your order is produced accurately, Heritage Signworks requires customers to carefully review all artwork proofs before production begins.

No production will commence until we have received your approval by email or another written method accepted by Heritage Signworks.

Your Responsibility

Before approving your proof, please verify that all information is complete and accurate, including but not limited to:

• Spelling and grammar
• Names
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Website addresses
• Measurements and dimensions
• Colours
• Fonts
• Images and graphics
• Layout and positioning
• Quantities
• Material selections
• Installation details (if applicable)
• Any other information shown on the proof

Please review the proof carefully, as it represents the exact artwork that will be used for production.

Colour Notice

Colours displayed on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may differ from the finished printed product due to differences in screen settings, brightness, colour calibration, printing methods, substrates, inks, and lighting conditions.

Unless specifically quoted as a colour-matching service, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Changes After Approval

Once approval has been received and production has begun, any requested changes may result in:

• Additional design labour charges
• New material costs
• Production restart charges
• Revised completion dates
• Additional shipping or installation charges, where applicable

Customer Authorization

By replying to our proof email with a clear written approval such as:

• “Approved”
• “Looks good.”
• “Proceed with production.”
• ”Proceed with project.”
• “Print as shown.”
• “Go ahead.”
• “Good to go.”

or any other written statement clearly authorizing production, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed the artwork in its entirety.
• All information shown on the proof is correct.
• You authorize Heritage Signworks to begin production.
• You understand that Heritage Signworks is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect phone numbers, measurements, colours, layout issues, or other inaccuracies that appear on the approved proof.
• You accept responsibility for any errors that remain after your approval.
• You acknowledge that additional changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised production timelines.

Email approval shall constitute your authorization to proceed and shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten or electronic signature.

Questions Before Approval?

If you notice any errors or require changes, please reply to the proof email with your requested revisions before approving the artwork.

We will update the proof and provide a revised version for your review.

Acceptance

By providing written approval by email or another written method accepted by Heritage Signworks, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Artwork Approval Policy and agree to proceed with production under the Heritage Signworks Customer Service & Store Policy and Terms & Conditions of Sale.
